With more than 30 years of experience in construction, Carlos has built everything from large-scale land development projects and commercial warehouses to custom homes and luxury outdoor living spaces.
Known for his integrity, leadership, and relentless work ethic, he's spent decades earning the trust of homeowners, developers, and commercial clients throughout South Texas. Today he continues to mentor the next generation while staying actively involved in project planning, construction strategy, and quality control.
His greatest satisfaction comes from seeing families enjoy spaces that will become part of their lives for generations.
Jeremiah Diaz
Construction has been part of Jeremiah's life since childhood. What began as working alongside his father grew into co-founding Fieldbrooks, where he now leads construction operations for custom pools and outdoor living projects.
His ability to solve problems, manage timelines, and communicate with homeowners has made him an invaluable part of the team — known for attention to detail, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way from excavation through final walkthrough.
When he's not managing projects, you'll probably find him fishing or watching sports with family.
Silas Diaz
Every successful project needs someone who keeps everything moving. Silas combines engineering knowledge, practical construction experience, and exceptional organizational skills to coordinate projects from planning through completion.
Whether reviewing plans, coordinating crews, or refining design details, he's committed to delivering a smooth experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, he enjoys weight training, traveling, and constantly learning new ways to improve both business and construction.

Josiah Diaz
Josiah serves as the bridge between homeowners and the construction team. With an extensive background in finance, real estate, and business development, he helps simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process.
